Nothing on this site, in the community, or on the podcast is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

• Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or coach-client relationship

Participation in the Delay the Binge™ Academy + Collective requires respectful behavior.

You agree to:

• Engage with kindness and curiosity
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior
• Respect the privacy and experiences of others

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access at our discretion if these guidelines are violated.

4. Memberships & Payments

Some areas of the platform require paid membership.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring billing through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Pricing and access may change at any time, though existing members will be notified of material changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, audio, video, logos, and trademarks (including Delay the Binge™ and The Plus One Theory™), are the property of TPKK Concepts, LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPKK Concepts, LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation or use of this platform.

You use this platform at your own discretion and responsibility.
